Through her ventures and leadership roles in JCI and BNI, she has built a trusted network connecting landowners, investors, and local professionals, allowing opportunities to surface before they reach the open market.

Ilan holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management and an Executive MBA, bringing a data oriented mindset to real estate decision making. His work is grounded in transparency, long term relationships, and practical market understanding rather than theory.
